Shelby Lee, Regional Lead & Registered Nurse (RN)

Shelby brings ten years of extensive nursing experience to her role. With a background primarily in the emergency department, she has honed a broad skill set and developed a deep understanding of patient care.

She holds a certificate in Nurse Navigation, a testament to her dedication to building strong patient relationships and guiding them through their wellness journeys with informed decision making. Shelby's expertise allows her to offer personalized IV therapies, prioritizing patient comfort, achieving their optimal health outcomes and improving patients' overall quality of life. 

Shelby is also a proud Kingston local and Queen's University alumna!

Jessica Calver, Registered Nurse (RN)

With eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse across Acute Care, Critical Care, and Community settings, Jessica brings a broad range of nursing expertise to IV therapy.

A proud alumna of York University, she is dedicated to helping clients enhance their quality of life through personalized IV treatments. Whether you’re looking to support your immune system, hydrate after a long weekend, recover from illness, or boost your energy, Jessica is here to support your wellness journey.

Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom to her 4-year-old daughter, a playful puppy, and a curious cat. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, attending spin classes, and indulging in her love for sushi.

Gabrielle Halle, Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

With her background in General Surgery, Emergency Medicine & Infusion Clinics, you can feel confident that you’re in safe, experienced hands—from first contact to final drip! When Gabby is not nursing you can find her studying, as she is currently in her final year of courses to obtain a BScN degree and bridge from RPN to Registered Nurse (RN).

In her free time she loves reading thrillers, sweating it out at spin class and relaxing in the backyard with her partner and dog! 

Valerie Kearney, Registered Nurse (RN)

Valerie has been working as a Registered Nurse for ten years with a wide range of experience in medicine, the emergency department, and in small communities in northern Ontario. She is an alumna of Trent University.

Health and wellness is something Valerie is very passionate about and excited to provide to the community of Kingston through IV therapy. 

When she isn't at work you can find Valerie at the yoga studio, on the hiking trail, or at home knitting with her cat. 

Sabrina Smith, Registered Nurse (RN)

Sabrina has been working as a Registered Nurse for five years and brings a comprehensive nursing background to Thrive IV. She started in inpatient surgery both locally and as a travel nurse, and has spent the majority of her career in the Emergency Department.

A proud alumna of Queens University, Sabrina obtained a Bachelor in Physical and Health Education before going on to complete her Bachelor of Nursing Science. She has a strong educational background which supports her day to day nursing practice. 

Passionate about health and wellness, Sabrina is excited to be working with Thrive IV to offer services to the Kingston community. No matter the occasion, she is here to support you in your personalized IV experience! Outside of work, Sabrina loves staying busy at the gym, spin, or with a really good book! 

Prince Edward County & Quinte West

Brennah Lawrie, Registered Nurse (RN)

Brennah has 4 years of medical-surgical nursing and travel nursing experience as an RPN. She also recently completed her BScN degree to become a RN. She is now stepping into the fields of IV therapy and critical care! 

Outside of work she loves traveling, anything outdoors, live music, and staying active. She is excited to be part of Thrive IV and can't wait to bring her passion for wellness and patient care right to your doorstep.   

Bayley Snow, Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

Bayley has five years of nursing experience, primarily in acute surgical care at Guelph General Hospital. Her passion for nursing and curiosity for new experiences led her to explore travel nursing in Victoria, BC. Bayley is currently enrolled in the RPN-to-RN bridging program at Loyalist College.

Bayley’s nursing philosophy is rooted in holistic, patient-centered care. She takes pride in being a supportive presence for patients throughout their health and recovery journey. She believes in meeting individuals where they are, honoring their unique life experiences, and helping them achieve their personal health goals with compassion and respect.

Outside of nursing, Bayley loves running, snowboarding, horseback riding, and spending time with friends. She's also passionate about reading and traveling whenever she can—always looking for her next adventure. Bayley is excited to bring her enthusiasm, experience, and warmth to the Thrive team and looks forward to connecting with patients in a meaningful and supportive way.

Courtney Redmond, Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

Courtney has over five years of clinical nursing experience and a strong commitment to advancing patient care. She is currently working at Belleville General Hospital while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing through the Loyalist College RPN-to-RN Bridge program. She began her nursing journey at Loyalist College and spent several years at Ross Memorial Hospital, where she developed a solid foundation in acute care and a deep appreciation for holistic, patient-centred practice. Her clinical interests include IV therapy, preventative medicine, and supporting clients through individualized, evidence-based care.

Outside of healthcare, she enjoys staying active through CrossFit, reading psychological thrillers, and spending time with her two Bernese Mountain Dogs. She is passionate about ongoing learning, professional and personal growth, and contributing to high-quality, compassionate care within her community.
